Telkom is debiting me more and asking me to lay more of which i did but my Wifi is off💔💔💔

Please help, Telkom has debited close to R2500 this month for unlimited wifi and im told im in arrears, after I paid R1050, I have slips. They switched off my wifi today, please help. My number ks ***. I dont know what to do.

Please help me, i have no wifi. We agreed on R600 on the 15th of every month and I paid, they even deducted more. If they dont call me im cancelling tge service
