Telkom is customer service is BAD BAD BAD BAD

Hi, am very livid customer your service stink and unprofessional. Half of your supervisors are not on duty , escalation matters are not taken serious. my line has been blocked for over a week and its still unresolved. I am not happy with the service and i want to take my business else seeing am not valued at all
