Telkom is cruel and evil. Worst experience ever

I HATE TELKOM with everything that I am. I do NOT recommend Telkom even to my worst enemy. Contract ends, it keeps running month to month and you are billed for it. Then you call in to cancel contract, be given a reference number, a month later you are STILL billed for services never rendered and you called to cancel. Then when they check you are told the contract is STILL active despite your efforts to cancel it. The initial contract was 11Gigs data at R150 a month. Apparently that was a promotion thing, the actual contract is 500MB per month at R150. When the initial contract end date came into effect they were careful to take away the 10Gigs and leave one with 500Mb forced on you to pay R150 despite efforts to cancel. I hate Telkom. Telkom is evil and cruel.
