Telkom is ****

It is utter disappointing, they could not wait tongive me the contract and gave a hell of a nice service but then for almost a year I struggle with telkom to deduct my account which was said to be only R140 a month but never is and they dont take on the debit date what they should then charge me penalties...the amount stays high it was 380 now and 460 almost last month...this is ridiculous now...
