Telkom is ****

My identity was used for *****, and whoever did that used my name to take a contract phone at Telkom and the billing has been under my account , been reporting this matter for several times and still not been helped, even my name is logged on credit bureau that i owe Telkom money, money that i don't even know what is it for.
