Telkom is contravening consumer rights laws

<p>Telkom put a default on my ITC Profile for an account that I cancelled in 2016, apparently I was owing R123. First putting a default on my ITC profile was ******* on their side, I had to be given a written notification before that was done. Now I have paid the outstanding amount on my cancelled contract with them, the struggle is to get them to remove the default on my account.</p> <p>Does anyone know what steps I can take if I do not receive feedback from Telkom? </p>
