Telkom is consistent at being bad

I'm disgusted with Telkom right now. I changed my debit order date to later in the month to better suit my pay date, what do you think they did!? They charged me on the old debit order date and tried to charge me again on the new one, when they failed they threatened to cut my phone and internet. Fine, I solved that fiasco. I stuck with my old date, even if it's cutting it close.

Then they tried to charge me the day before the date, it failed because there was no money of course so I went to their site and paid there via my card on the nor debit date.

They took my money and two weeks later, they've shut my phones and router down stating I did not pay even if my payment reflects to them. Spent the whole day trying to get my devices back up, them stating two to five hours, Me waiting that long and nothing, me calling back and being told the same thing.

My phones and router are still down and I've received no help. At this point,its best that I leave Telkom. I've had nothing but a bad times with them. Fix my stuff by tomorrow or refund me
