Telkom is completely useless

I'm a Telkom LTE Client living in the Mountain View area. At first my internet was wonderful, I could game after work with no issues, watch some Netflix on other days but that suddenly changed and Telkom is so completely useless about this matter. On my connection, I can't even reach 1Mb Download speed and barely scratching the surface of 1Mb Upload speed and Telkom can't help me, I pay R500 per month for my package and I cannot use it at all. I was in store and I was given the most snotty and ****ing useless answer that one could give me, "Sorry you have to phone this number and log a complaint", when phoning that number all they tell you is to restart the router and they will look into it. It's almost been a year that I have been struggling with this issue, and I am refusing to pay another cent until I get the service I deserve, the service I AM PAYING FOR. Telkom is just a bunch of leeches, I pay full price each and every month and get ****all service in return. Fix my issue and you will get paid for it, or you can live without another customer.
