Telkom is committing *****

Firstly for anyone that was charged a penalty by Telkom for a debit order that may have bounced it is ***** and ******* . - it will also be grounds for any customers to walk away from any contract or agreement they have with Telkom.

Why ***** - well look at your invoice the charge or penalty is not clearly stated its more disguised as a outstanding payment - SO simple question why does Telkom hide or disguise the so called penalty or charge -- Simple - *****.

If this has happened i urge you to go to a police station and open up a ******** case under the Organised ******** Act (POCA) specifically charge of racketeering

More proof simple look at any of Telkoms terms and conditions

6.3.2 Where any amounts due to Telkom by the Customer, are not paid on Due date, Telkom shall have the right, without prejudice to any of its rights, to: 6.3.2.1 suspend the Telkom Services and use of the Selected SE, and give the Customer 20 (Twenty) days notice to pay all arrears/outstanding amounts which suspension will stay in place until the Customer has paid all arrears amounts and Interest in full;

6.5.5 Should any debit order be returned unpaid or stopped or rejected, Telkom Mobile will have the right to suspend the Subscriber’s account until such arrears amounts have been received and paid in full.

TELKOM is only due the outstanding amount with interest - even according to their own terms and conditions.

So from my story Telkom can claim i breached the contract which is what i would expect from the simple minded because i blocked the debit orders without written consent but we all know their is no accounts department you go through to a call center there is no e-mail address to an accounts department - Why Oh if you upgrade or something you can walk into a shop and the computer system is available but a dispute the shop dials through to call center and puts you on phone ....... so yes i stopped the debit order but only after Telkom attempted on various occasions to **********ly debit my account with ********** charges.

i got internet with Telkom and one debit bounced in Feb upon finding out but i then went two days later into Pic n Pay and paid cash for the service -- after that they kept trying to debit my account for various amounts so i blocked debit orders and just paid my monthly cash - i found out that because the debit order bounced they then charged R200 or something - i told them they can kiss my but before i pay ********** and so weekly they would put in debit orders and i would block them or reverse them.

I paid in 28 July to cover August internet package and yet on the 4th or something my service was suspended even though i paid upfront - (so i take it as breach of contract) so i intend to go to small claims court and put in a claim against Telkom but since they have no accounts address - or refuse to give over details of their legal department i intend to name Telkom CEO Sipho Maseko personally and ensure sheriff serves it at his office -

By law any extra charges or costs must be clearly stated or explained - and must appear in the product advertised.

- now by law any charges must be clearly stated on an invoice (but they disguise it as a outstanding payment) which just goes to show if you hiding something then you up to no good

And then one just has to look at Telkoms own terms and conditions - outstanding payments or monies owing can only be charged an interest -- so there little disguised penalty is in fact ******* So first i intend opening up a ******** case against Telkom and its CEO as ********** and to be investigated under the Prevention of Organised Crime Act (POCA) for racketeering

then small claims court - lets see how they fair there- really looking forward to hear their explanations and want it on record after that a court ruling for a court appointed forensic investigation into all ********** charges and total repayment to every customers they ever de*****ed as well as every ********** deduction being investigated and prosecuted as a ******** offense of racketeering.

And through months of this Telkom ******* has never contacted me to sort out the dispute - so as i have said to the call center i consider that Telkom terminated the contract and i will now get another data contract elsewhere.

But i will be lodging claims in small claims court and hopefully so will hundreds of other people realize just what a weapon the small claims court is where no attorneys are allowed to be present.

Interaction REF: AI ********** -- So we get this response and yet nothing - well i see end of July i paid my August subscription and then Telkom suspended my account -- so you owe me August - but i see i get my account and even though my account and services are suspended Telkom wants their September subscription and the account still does not reflect the true amount - which would only be the ******* penalty payment you de***** customers when it comes to a returned debit order - Sorry but am i anyway related to you dooses that i am going to even consider paying - kiss my ass - give it some tongue - because thats the only pleasure you will get - effing *******
