TELKOM IS COMMITTING ****************! I had started a 24 month contract with them in November 2019. Last year I decided to cancel my contract. I have made all 12 payments for last year. There were 11 remaining months (2021) for me to pay off. I asked for the settlement amount and Bhongo Sidlayi sent me the settlement amount + cancellation fee. However, after paying I then realised that I am being charged for 13 months and not 11. I communicated this nicely with Bhongo Sidlayi and she said that they would keep this as a credit. I refused to keep it as a credit because why if I’m cancelling the contract. I asked them to refund the money back to my account and she agreed that it would be done in January 2021. Now that we are in Jan 2021, I done a follow up on my refund and Bhongo Sidlayi tells me that there are no credits due to me. Honestly, this is not fair, we don’t wake up early in the morning to give money away. I need this money refunded back to me as soon as possible or else I will SURELY take the next step.
