Telkom is chawing my money for over a year now for a contract service I don't even have!!!

I am so disappointed with Telkom, they still haven't fixed an issue I've been reporting since beginning of the year 2020. They have been debiting my account since August 2019 for a contract service I don't even have. I've been sending endless emails to 'Lumka Dawn Ngoyi (L)' <***> and she doesn't even bother to respond.
