Telkom is charging me for ********** contracts and listed

In 2017 i took up a Telkom LTE unlimited data contract with them for R799. A few months later my monthly installment increased to over R3000 p/m. I contacted Telkom and they revealed that ********** contracts were taken under my name and would have to close all contracts including mine. That was done but a few months later Telkom keeps sending me bills of the ********** contracts stating that i owe money. This has happened 4 times now, in each case i have had to do an affidavit open a case with Telkom, have them investigate and close the case agreeing with me that i do not owe anything (These are the previous case numbers: ***, ***2, ***9, ***5). Now in 2020 my ITC credit report shows that Telkom listed me for an amount of R3815 and they are trying to collect from my bank account. I immediately contacted Telkom only to be told to open a case and do affidavit like i have done for the past 4 cases already. This is draining and has no resolution. It's 1AM now i cannot sleep, I regret the day i took a contract with Telkom,
