TELKOM is charging me EXTRA

I have had the sane issue for months now. Bit now it's to much. Telkom has been charging me extra for my M2M contract i just received my July invoice and it's more then double my agreement fee of R378.10. It's showing that I might pay R840,60 on the 5th Aug ukuthi why i don't know. I called in yesterday and the agent dropped my call i called back today and the last Mbali Nkosi tried to me bit she said she can't see the reason why I have been charged extra.HOW HOW. So which I have been charged extra for the fun of it and she tried saying maybe I was calling I DO NKT USE THIS NUMBER FOR CALLS I can't even call using this number because it's only for data. She logged a Case for me ***2 but she said it will 72 hours and the annoying part again is that she can not cancel whatever that is charging me extra shuthi it will keep going up
