Telkom is charging me after leaving the country

At the end of June 2015 I phoned the accounts section of Telkom to cancel my phone line, ADSL and internet services as I left the country at the end of that month. I was informed that there is a month's notice period which means that I would be charged for July 2015 which I am fine with. The operator then informed me that he has actioned my requested cancellations and that no further actions would be required from me.

But now Telkom has charged me for August 2015 as well. There is no email address to make enquiries regarding billing, and I am sitting in a foreign country in a different time zone where it would be far too expensive and difficult to call 10210 and wait 45min to speak to an operator because it isn't during South African working hours. What do I need to do to make you stop charging me for a service I am physically incapable of benefiting from even after requesting it's cancellation?
