TELKOM IS ****

On 25 January 2021, I made an application for a Vuma Tel and Telkom fiber line. Vuma Tel was at my place to install the fiber line a week later.

Now for the past 3 weeks, I cannot get Telkom to close the order and activate my service, every week I call and they say they have escalated it but nothing is happening! This is the worst experience I have had with Telkom ever!!!!!!

Every agent isn't doing their work! Last week was like the first they actually could see on the system that my issue was escalated and now I am still waiting!

There is not management and agents working from with their kids in the background!

I hope that you lose all your customers due to this **** SERVICE!
