Telkom is by far the worse company I've ever had to deal with.

I've contacted Telkom end of April asking if they can assist me with my LTE speed since it is being throttled after 150GB. TELKOM TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD migrate my current uncapped LTE Telkom package to the 1TB LTE package and that it will only take 24 to 48 hours for activation. THAT IS WHAT I DID. After 4days passed it still wasn't active and had to phone in again just to hear that it will actually take between 7 to 10 working days for the activation process but they will escalate it for me and therefore need to wait another 24 to 48hours. Till now my package isn't active and according to the last person I spoke to it's been declined due to my current contract is only 2months old. I DON'T HAVE A CONTRACT AS IT IS A MONTH TO MONTH AGREEMENT, THIS WAS ALSO CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL FROM TELKOM THE DAY I TOOK THE UNCAPPED LTE DEAL. Telkom didn't made any effort letting my know that the migration deal wasn't approve which they recommended. This is very frustrating as I'm currently working from home and Telkom doesn't make any effort towards clear communication. !!!! My advise to anyone looking for LTE deals, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH TELKOM!!!
