TElkom is by far the most pathetic !!!!

I don't know why I must come here to always resolve my queries. Your service is by far the most pathetic by far. Its so worst that I would rather pay extra to a 3rd party telkom service provider just to get better service. I have been requesting non stop for telkom to remove a default from my name, no one gets back to me my emails are constantly ignored. It takes you no time to log defaults on people's names after it was your fault. I'm so sick of your service that i'm gathering a team to fight customer care service rating in south africa. You literally don't care. Your customer care ratings has been like this for a few years and still no flippen improvements instead you get worst and more worst.

I urgently need this default to be removed from my name.
