TELKOM IS BULLYING ME TO PAY FOR AN UNWARRANTED DEBT THAT THEY CANT EVEN PICK UP ON THEIR SYSTEMS!!

Telkom has put me through hell over the past year for no apparent reason. They handed me over to Nudebt last year, when I called their call centre about the supposed debt, nobody could find a debt under my name in the system. I emailed them, they have been quiet, no response, no apology but an email from Nudebt to inform me that they will no longer come after me for this debt. Recently they have handed me over to a company called VVN whose agents have been harassing me. They can not produce a statement nor tell me what I owe telkom for. My credit record has been dented and I run the risk of being blacklisted because I refuse to succumb to this bullying. I refuse to pay for something I know absolutely nothing about! I will never be a customer in this company ever again. Absolutely horrifying experience, unnecessary and totally uncalled for!! I am ****ed!!!
