Telkom Is Bull****!

To hell with Telkom! Nothing will make you happy with this service provider! Customer service is nonsense! Billing division is absolutely bull****! Just to change debit order dates takes months!!The amount of money i spend on a monthly basis its actually sad to be treated like this because I am pretty sure I am not the only one who spend thousands and thousands on such service! I need my billing sorted and better improve your customer service division, the consultants make you hold on the line 15mins +
