Telkom is bull****

Telkom customer in store and via telephonically is absolutely pathetic...to cancel an online application for a mobile contract i went through five different spent two and a half hours going back and fourth and when i asked for the manager ,so conveniently the manager was not there ...to make a sale their customer service is on par but when a customer needs help their service is highly bull****
