TELKOM IS BULL****!!!! I SHOULDN'T BE PAYING ANY CANCELLATION FEE AS I WAS PAYING FOR A MODEM THAT WAS NOT WORKING FPR 7 MONTHS!!!!

Telkom has poor service, very poor. I've had a modem for 7 months I couldn't use it, I kept calling to find out why its not connecting and the Telkom consultant couldn't give viable solutions, for months I've been paying for data that I couldn't use, now that I can connect with the modem, thanks to an IT friend of mine, the data just vanishes, it doesn't even last it just depletes out if the blue. Now, I wanna cancel, they're telling me about R3200 cancellation fee, but for 7 months I was paying for a modem I couldn't connect to, they should be taking that money of seven months and applying it as cancellation fee...
