Telkom is bull****!!

I have been having issues with telkom every month they deduct early on my account and when i make an online payment im expected to pay double the amount!! How is it fair on me to pay for services they have disconnected! They are a bunch of ****mers now that i have paid my services have not been reconnected and im still charged double the normal fee. Unfortunately i wont be paying that im actually terminating my contract with you!!
