Telkom is bull****!

I have called on the 24th October to give notice for my wifi contract to be cancelled at the end of November 2019..

On the 25th November when I have called in they told me that 4 days later after I have called to give notice, my request was cancelled (which I have not called in for)

Up till today the 5th December I still have not heard anything from telkom, as to why my wifi contract is not cancelled..

I have spend over an hour trying to speak to a manager to solve this and yet I have not received anything..

I want my wifi contract to be cancelled immediately and don't want to be charged for anything as this was not my fault that the contract was cancelled after I give notice!!
