Telkom is broken - join me in porting your numbers

Tried to migrate copper fixed lined to VOIP ..

1. Internet application - no dice - no application mechanism on the website 2. Service Centre? "Sorry - you have to call into the call centre" 3. Call centre? 6 calls over 50 days with promises of escalation, culminating in "reference number not found" / "sorry, try again".

I'm now porting my number to another VOIP provider, and will cancel any direct agreement I have with the clowns at Telkom.
