Telkom is BIG ****

Telkom is a BIG ****, my wife upgraded her phone and they charged her upgrade fee without informing her.

Month they blocked the Sim card due to none payment which she was not aware of....

To cut the argument we paid R600 for account to be activated, which was CONFIRMED by their call center that it will be activated within 48 hours, but after 5 days they're still sending us from pillar to post.

"THEY CONFIRMED RECEIVING THE PAYMENT, BUT STILL NO HELP"
