Telkom is beyond useless and are *****s
<p>Four months ago I sent in forms to get my internet ****le contract cancled /ended because it was ending it's contract period. In the 4 months I have received the worst service where a month would go by and all I get is email apologising for taking so long and in mean time I've been given 2 case numbers and a call in following 3 months to say they sorry there was somthing wrong on there system. But the worst is they have been deducting money of me every month! I haven't used the internet ****le for last 4 months because I got ADSL now. So except for the fact their service is the worst they ***** ure money aswell! </p>

As I knew it, no one has contacted me again and it’s almost another month passed. No attempt was made to contact me, email of cell phone, I have received 3 reference / case numbers and been called once long ago to apologise for delay (months later) and still nothing. Just got a message money been deducted of my account again after I have cancelled 4 months ago, which i have the email proof for!!! I have never in my life had to deal with such poor service.
