Telkom is beyond useless!!

I have been trying to cancel my subscriptions with Telkom for 6 months now and they still have not cancelled it. Every time I call they tell me that the cancellation was not done yet. I am so sick and tired of Telkom. I have been experiencing endless issues with them. If I were you, I will definitely rethink about taking out any contracts with them. They are useless.
