TELKOM IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS/PATHETIC/WORSE AND USELESS

I ordered a contract cellphone on the 17th of April and today is the 23 May which is more than a month later but I still have not received the cellphone.I called them and their agents are so useless and could not assist because they are chewing and chit chatting while they put you on hold and when you request to speak to a manager they come up with excuses or give you the wrong number were you can get hold of a manager knowing that you won't get through.I am out of words because this is beyond poor service(RIDICULOUS/PATHETIC).Its funny that even when you complain on Hello Peter they just copy and paste a message like the one below but never call you back.

Below is the copy and paste message from Telkom after I complained days back but no call or any from of communication.
