Telkom is beyond pathetic!!!

I logged a faulty line 7 time and no response. No reference number, nothing!!!

They except me to phone them from my cell phone and hold on for 43 minutes to speak to some one, who by the way, cannot even speak English properly, just to tell me, I must log it online.

Which I did 7 times!!!!

How pathetic, but they were very quick to send an sms regarding the payment!!!

Telkom are *****ing our money!!!!!
