Telkom is beyond help

Extremely annoyed you just cannot get anything resolved with Telkom everything is a mission??? I was offered an upgrade yet they are still charging me for my previous package you call and have to explain the story all over again as you cannever speak to the same person. So frustrating. Then you get told to do different things from the previous person you spoke to. Even tried going into a store you just get the run around there too.

Got a call from a manager in the complaints department she told me she’s on it will get it sorted and will call me back. It never happened!!!!

Annoyed as hell!!!!
