Telkom is being Trash

We have had the worst experience with changing from adsl to fiber since September 2020

-we struggled to get telkom and or vumatel to come.. Vumatel said telkom had to activate which took ages

-vumatel finally managed to connect us but telkom gave us the wrong router, we noticed this one day in October 2020 when vumatel came through after we logged a technical error

- we logged a call for the correct router.. Still waiting

- when we logged to change from adsl to fiber they did not remove adsl so we are being charged for both Fiber and adsl.

-we have called again to log a technical error because the router we have doesn't give good signal however we are being sent back and forth between sales and technical

-Technical says they cannot log anything unless sales closes our reference with them.. Sales says technical should be able to.. We don't know what is the truth

Please be aware we had been trying to get fiber since April 2020
