Telkom is being PAP

I received an invoice on the 31st March for R150. On the 1st February the invoice read R352.70. I'm not sure where this comes from and the total owing was R502.70. The total due for March was R502.70 again. I was debited R201.80 yesterday and my line is still cut. Please explain.
