Telkom is becoming useless
I recently called telkom from my cellphone to tell them my landline isnt working and they told me they would find out whats wrong and call me back to tell me ...(they still havent)...I then found out from another service provider in my area(doesent want me to mention their name) that the main lines going to my area are the problem and that Telkom will fix it when they figure it out...so I told Telkom about this issue and they said they would fix it ASAP......well....its still not fixed
