TELKOM IS ****

Im starting to believe telkom collections department does not exist anymore, u call and get our calls dropped, spoke with lots of ladies there's, Mbali, Xoli, Nompumelelo and one Guy Sotholo, none of them could resolve my query, it's over a month now, my query has not been resolved, and yet they don't have a note on the system to see what was the query about u need to start over again with explanation, and those stupid questions, Mbali decided to drop my call, some want bank statement, and with an email address that's not working I'm tired of your poor service
