Telkom is bad news

Telkom is bad news guys, can you believe that they deducted morethan what they suppose to and when i called to enquire about that i was told its a charge fee for not getting the money on the 27 december and the aggreement was that they deduct every last day of every month. There was no communication with regards to this. I want to cancel my contract now
