Telkom is bad news and their customers serving is horrible. horrible

I have a cell phone contract with Telkom recently they started debting an amount that we didn't aggre on, I went to quiry the matter the guy told me he reversed th money but month end they still debted an extra R201.70 instead of R299. I went there again I was told they will call me back till to date I haven't see their phone call and when I call their customer care number is not going through.
