Telkom is bad news

Telkom is is just exhausting, I tood this deal yhe offered but they fail to activate the router and sim card so i took everything back a few days later, They took everything and gave paperwork to sign thn and told me i owe thzm nothing. I went to some other telkom outlet months later and took a sim only deal as soon as I started paying the sim only deal the activated the other deal that was never activated and are now saying I owe them for that deal R3k+ I've been trying to explain this to everyone calling me evn their customer service consultant but they call can not help me
