TELKOM IS BAD NEWS

I am so upset, Telkom is the worst company in the cellphone industry. In March I cancelled my contract that was due for an upgrade with a cancellation form. In June I used the exact same form just to find out now that the contracts (3) was never cancelled. There is a new process in place from the month of June. How terrible is this, received no notification and now I have to wait another 30days notice. I am so upset now, I will definitely not continue with Telkom. The team leader is spoke just now is so never minded, not even prepared to help.
