Telkom is bad news

I have been struggling with my internet speed since day one from telkom. I pay for a 10 meg line but get speeds up to 6 meg max. For the past couple of days the internet is really slow and this morning it is running at 4 meg. Sometimes it will be so slow that even doing a line speed test take time, lots of time. I phoned telkom many times and they try there best they say, well there best is not good enough anymore. Last time I spoke to them they had the audacity and told me that it was never guaranteed to be a 10 meg line. What the hell, I pay for 10 meg. Than they will phone and try selling me more of there ****ty products. But let me tell you telkom as soon as my contract with you expires I will be gone for ever. I will not even recommend you to my worst enemy.
