Telkom is bad news

I am so done with Telkom,I am just not going to pay them for the rest of the year,they can block my number or whatever they want to do.They decide to take money from my account whenever they please then charge me R200 for late payment? No,and I called to speak to a consultant who hung up on me,this is bad service on the highest level.
