TELKOM IS BAD FOR YOU

Telkom is so pathetic . Its now been a week since my landline is not working at home. After I reported and received a reference number last week Friday( 07/05/2021); it's still not fixed. I called Telkom today( 13/05/2021) and was told that apparently a Technician was sent to the house on Monday the 10 May 2021 to speak to my mom or me. NO one was there. This Technician signed it over to another Technician; so its out of his hands. SO when exactly is Telkom planning to fix the problem?

People stay away from Telkom. They still have a long way to go to learn about services.
