Telkom is bad customer service

My daddy bought a P Smart 2021 at telkom at wonderpark store on the 11th March 2021 and the Sim card is not yet activated up until today I have tried to call telkom throughout the day no answer and on top of that the phone is on promotion which comes with Bluetooth headset and they weren't not issued to us no contract information was issued only the invoice which shows that the phone is sold that's all how are we supposed to be assist when they are not answering the phone the service is very bad the representative no 01Z
