Telkom is ****, bad customer service

Soooooo disillusioned. Cheap data for cheap service ,ask me I will tell you. Telkom never stop to surprise me, I phone to just get POD asked for one of their service provider Call Direct number hey Lerato from CS you so damn shem. I was taken from pillar to post, got to this Sales Siyaphela who dropped the call on me , but come upgrade date 1st to call. I had to send their CEO an email to get their attention since no one know where to get my POD for repair of my device. Telkom is s*** no client service at all
