Telkom is Bad

My phone is suspended and money was deducted... The turnaround time is insane... I then requested for a call back from superiors which also have a turn around time of 5-24 hours as per consultants... It's been over 48 hours and no one has called me as yet...

Also consultant are being rude and impatient with customers... There is a specific consultant I would like to report can't mention names now because of new POPI act
