Telkom is bad

They have bad client services and they never assist to resolve issues. I was paying for a phone they decided to blacklist, I followed on the matter for 3 months while they were still debiting, and they never assisted. it is now the 7th month now, without any assistance from Telkom. their customer service is never able to fix matters and no correspondence from Telkom.
