Telkom is bad

Hello Peter my name is Martin mushi Id no ********** 730088 cell phone no ********** 260. I once had a Rota contract with telkom .which contract ended on the 30th of September 2017 but the problem is now the same contract number it's appearing on my recent ITC statement I have with me. I have called telkom several times which they agree that my contract with them has ended in September 2017. I called transunion about this matter after 21 days of investigation they managed to remove my name. So now my problem is with espirian they say my name will only be removed once they get direct instructions from telkom to do so. On the 22 of January 2019 which they will be done within 14 working days , still the is no reply from them even after I left my cell phone number with them.. your help will be highly appropriated thanks
