Telkom is at a " Junk Status "

On 31st July 2018 I made a purchase of a dual sim black Huawei Y6 ( IMEI : ********** ********** 7 ) at Foschini, which was pickpocketed from me in the Johannesburg CBD. I then reported it to Telkom for it to be blacklisted, a consultant by the name of Ntuthuko, who told me the system is down and I should use his name as reference, he will get back to me, till today he has not come back to me with the ITC reference number. I followed up two days later to find the query has not been logged anywhere, and afterwards I was given a run around by agents. This is very appalling as some service providers do the blacklisting while on the call with them.
