TELKOM is ashamed
<p>See Telkom is ashamed to set reply to public, they would rather reply in private to bull **** the clients even more. Common Telkom, reply in public so that everyone can see how uselless and deceiving you are. So bye the way, my Fault no is 89CTK100217</p>

I'm not sure if you are aware, but when HelloPeter upgraded their website, any public responses where reference numbers, contact numbers, etc are given, the customer cannot view it. It is automatically changed to asterisks (****). That is the main reason we respond in private.
