Telkom is as ****

Telkom debited money in my account on the 20th of December2022, the amount debited was R1620.44 in January19 i receive a message that says i must pay because ih R1500 that is in arrears i have been moving from pillar to post sending bank statements as the proof of payment i have logged more than 6 cases with this **** called telkom , telkom is a ****!!!!!! They claim to have debited R99 on my account where as there is no trace of such money
