Telkom is as inept as it comes

I reported a fault on July 8, 2018 and was told 3 - 6 days. My business has been shut down for a week and it has not even been handed to a technician. Now another under-educated Kgomotso NOW tells me 3 - 6 work days THEN depending on the work load. I have 2 women working for me that are single moms with children and cannot pay them. All I get is the South African "eish Sorry" One has to wonder how a business can operate like this?? The people are inept and even the top guy quit. This company needs to be broken up and most of these call center agents FIRED. They are ***********.
